Berry Breakfast Pizza from All You Magazine

Berry Breakfast Pizza

1 can of refrigerator large buttermilk biscuits
2 cups fresh or frozen berries
3 tablespoons sugar

Heat oven to 375. Lightly grease two baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.  Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Align the biscuits on the two baking sheets.  Flatten them with your hands until they are 5-1/2 inch in diameter.  Arrange the berries on top leaving 3/4 inch around the edges.  Sprinkle sugar over the top of each pizza and baking until the dough is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly. Roughly 15 to 20 minutes.
